EZ Baker Springform Pan

I'm just starting out learning how to bake, so I didn't want to go expensive right out of the gate. So far I've only used the pan twice and haven't had any problems whatsoever.......the pan cleans easily and the snap on cover with handles is a plus.

Seals perfectly. If you cover the bottom with parchment before use it is super easy to transfer the cheesecake to a plate if you do not want to risk losing part of the set when taking somewhere.

I am a first time user of the springform pan. This was very easy to use. The plastic cover was great, I transported my dish for Christmas brunch with ease. It was well worth the money. Prior to use, I washed it with a scotch brite non-scratch pad, but it did scratch the metal. It didn't affect the performance. For novice bakers such as myself, this was a great product.

THIS WAS BOUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE LOVES CHEESECAKE BUT NEVER HAD HER OWN PAN. SHE WOULD ALWAYS BORROW HER MOTHER'S PAN WHEN SHE WANTED TO MAKE CHEESECAKE.

Have not used as of yet. But, it looks and feels like a good sturdy pan. I really like that it comes with the cover.
