just as in other reviews commented it immediately leaked. There was a plug missing on the internal round cylinder. I had already purchased the 3 foot extender as EVERYONE said the one it comes with leaks,(just remember to get it with 2 female ends). I have returned it and ordered another because when it works people seem to love it. Here's hoping the next one is not a lemon!

Pretty good product for te money, so far works very well, easy to roll up hose. Very good service from Walmart, received sooner than expected

OK, so I had this product for roughly 2 weeks. Used it yesterday and spotted a leak. The leak is between the leader hose to the hose reel drum. The hose reel drum is made of plastic. More then likely it had a O-ring or a rubber gasket inside to prevent from leaking. Glad its under warranty. I will be returning it at first opportunity. So if you look at the big picture I wasted 3 hours from initially buying it hooking it up, and now disconnect. Take back to store, replace, take home and reconnect. OK so who has the free time? Like the design, but weak and flimsy! Gave it 3 stars and I think its a far reating.

Good quality reel. Item 90 percent assembled. Happy with ease of operation. However not stable even with 100 ft. Hose on .

Bought it, took it home. I rolled up the hose on the reel, and then connected the leader hose to water spigot, the plastic (junk) connector that goes into the reel blew right off when I turned the water on. No way will it go back together... very frustrated am taking it back and getting a steel cart that has all galvanized metal and brass parts... no more PLASTIC JUNK please!
