Krawlers are the only set of tires I will ever run on my trail rig. Im on my 2nd set of 37 Krawlers. I started with the blue labels and ran them for a year and now have a set of red labels. These tires straight work.
The Krawler TA has turned out to be one of my favorite all time tires. I purchased them initially when looking for better off-road performing tire than what I had been using. Shortly after the purchase my Jeep unexpectedly became my daily driver. I drove on these tires to work daily and went off-roading on the weekends for 2 years and they never let me down. Excellent off-road performance as I expected but to my surprise, the wear pattern was very even and the ride was great! I have since purchased another set in a larger size (37x12.50x17) and can already tell they are as good as my first set. Just a great all around tire in my opinion.
great for off road spatially red label not available to public but a those where fast do to sticky compound but the kx green label's are still great got them on my bronco and my blazer
These are the summer tires for my '01 Wrangler, heavy rock use, lots of slickrock down in New Mexico and Moab, what these tires lack in street manners they more than make up for in the nasty stuff. I run AT/KOs in winter as ice/snow traction is lacking in these tires but for what they were designed for they are unbeatable.
My vehicle is built primarily to run the Johnson Valley, Ca "Hammers" trails, but also sees use on dirt, clay and sand. While it isn't fantastic in the sand, all other uses are absolutely better than any tire I've ever run. In the rocks, these things stick really well. If I have any complaint it would be lateral traction on loose dirt or sand. These are 35/13.5r15, so the width may be an issue for lateral traction?? I do not drive on the street at all, so I can't comment on road manners.
