It arrived fine, but after we finally got the TV to play it on it wouldnt even turn on. Returning seemed straight forward, but then i was told it could take weeks to receive my refund because it wasnt a walmart item. Seriously? I won't buy another big ticket item from walmart. Best Buy may charge more, but returns are fast and they give the option of exchange.

Box was dirty and sticky. When box was opened there was no cables and no controller. Attempted to return it to Walmart and they pointed out it was a third party retailer, they were reluctant to accept the return. An associate called corporate for me and they said they could accept it and I would get a refund. It has been almost a month and I have not gotten my money back.

Competitive price, good availability, quick delivery. I was notified every day, what was happening with my order and where it was in the delivery chain.

this was going to be a huge surprise for my son because he knew we did not have the money to buy it I made it very adamant I was the only one to pick it up and I was just show my ID because his father would have intervened and somehow took it and we would have never seen it again you guys gave my 14 year old son his freaking Christmas present why did you do that I made it very adamant I was the only one to pick it up and I was just show my ID my son walked it Claremore from foil and picked up that Xbox series I am absolutely furious you ruin the surprise for Christmas morning cuz yes that was his only gift!!!! don't get me wrong he got in trouble for doing what he knows he is not supposed to do but what did you guys get nothing!!!! they laughed at me when I brought it up to them they thought it was so funny this kid walked all the way down here and picked up his own present no you ruined our Christmas morning you totally ruined it!!!! I will never buy from Walmart again like that never!!!!

Although my device had trouble shopping and was delayed, I received my Xbox and have been loving it since. Good quality fresh form the factory, no scratches or marks. This is the real deal and I would highly recommend as it is cheaper than most other places. Do be warned that shipping might take a while but cost is second to none
