AWFUL. I used the original medicated for ever. Literally since it came out. This new formula is horrid. Burns my lips and dried them out.

0 out of 5 stars. The 'new formula' is TERRIBLE. now I have to find a new chapstick I like while I use up the old fomula, my absolute favorite.

It is hard to find words to express my disappointment in this 'new formula.' I have been purchasing Chapstick Medicated since 1998 because of the quality and fantastic results but will no longer purchase until the original formula is returned. I have wasted money on this new product and now need to waste more money until a suitable replacement is found. The taste is disgusting on my lips and the results I used to see are no longer there. It's a shame that you are willing to lose so many long-time loyal customers by completely changing this product. I'm hoping OraLabs has a suitable replacement.

Completely dissatisfied with the "New" formula..Been buying for the past 20 + years and never had issues until now. Complete waste of money doesnt even compare to the previous formula WHAT A JOKE!!!!! The feel, the taste, and even packaging just horrible. VERY UNHAPPY.

Why? My husband used to buy 24 of this particular chapstick every December for my stocking. This new one burned my lips. Midwest weather is dry. Please bring it back. If I could give you no stars I would.
