6 Pack Lansinoh Soothies Gel Pads, Instant Cooling Pain Relief - 2 Count Each

I got these as a recommendation from an account on Instagram. I had a rough time with breastfeeding and my nipples were in rough shape. Some people recommended the silver cup but I didn't want to buy that. So I went with these. I put mine in the fridge when I was extra achy and irritated. I would put them on after nursing. I would wash them with warm soapy water after each use and let air dry. I was able o reuse this a good amount of time. I do feel like they helped very much. Just know that applying cold to the breast can affect breastmilk production so I would not do this every time just when I was super painful. I would also use them in combination with the Lansinoh ointment. I would put a small amount on before applying the gel pads. They did not slip off and my bra held them in place without any issues. Now if you sleep with them on you may find the do shift out of place. I recommend these for every nursing mom!

These are super pricey for being almost single use. There were so many warnings on them about washing up after using and such that I decided it wasnt worth the percieved risk to my newborn. Save yourself the money and just get a good nipple cream and maybe use an ice pack to soothe.

These are great! I got them from the hospital when I had my second baby who seemed to nurse constantly. These were very soothing to wear in between feeds and way more comfortable then letting my nipples stick to my bra. Ouch! Highly recommend for the first few days or week of breastfeeding.

These were an absolute life saver in the beginning of my BF journey. I do wish they stayed cool a little longer, but they definitely did the job. My biggest complaint would be that I wish there were more than 1 set in a pack. Either way, I would still highly recommend giving these a shot.

When I first started breastfeeding my daughter was having a hard time getting a good latch. Needless to say, I was in some serious pain from the bad latch on top of newly nursing. I sent my husband to the store and he picked these up on a whim. The relief I got from these was amazing. They were cool and soothing. They never lost their stickiness and the gel kept them cool for extended periods of time.
