They are tasty, but far too sour to eat. I much prefer a more balanced brine than just vinegar and salt. But seeing as how popular this item is, if this is your thing, these are your dilled cauliflower pickles.

i love picked foods - beets, okra, corn, eggs, and on and on. I was stoked about pickled cauliflower and peppers . I tried one piece and its taste was the same as dirty feet smell. Im sorry, but this was not a taste I ever want again. One piece of cauliflower gone and the rest of the jar is in the trash. i know 'different tastes for different folks', but this is not one i enjoyed.
