The NeilMed Since Rinse has helped me with my sinuses. I have alot of allergies during the spring and this sinus rince helps to reduce my sinusitis. I love the fact that it is all natural and the rinse helps to remove the toxins in the air that you breathe in. It makes breathing through your nose a little easier.
