6 Pack - Pond's Cold Cream 3.50 oz Each

My late mum used this and I got the habit from her, but you have messed with a product that didn't need fixing and now it's horrible. The smell isn't the same, the texture is greasy and it doesn't work as well. After decades using Ponds, I'm looking elsewhere.

I used to use cleansing wipes then wash my face with a cleanser just to end up feeling very dry regardless of moisturizers. I then moved on to the micellar water it worked but when it came to my eyes and removing water proof mascara it took to long and a lot of product, I had to really soak the cotton pads and hold the drenched cotton pad on my eyes to attempt and remove the waterproof mascara. The product said it didn't need to be washed and it wouldn't sting eyes but it felt really oily after and my eyes certainly did sting a little not sure if from all the rubbing or the actual product or both. Then I decided to try ponds and well removed my makeup and waterproof mascara like nothing and I'm no longer tearing my lashes off and the mascara comes off really fast not even 5 minutes. I consider my skin sensitive but it might just be bipolar there's are products that seemed they had a reaction but later I can still use them and nothing happens so I'm not sure if to consider it really sensitive or not but I did have cystic acne due to some hormonal problems with my thyroid so during that time my skin was definitely sensitive and this cleanser definitely did not affect me at all did not break me out, did not sting, did not dry me out, in fact I think at times it actually helped my acne calm down a little. It says it has a scent but it's not strong at all (at least to me) and never once affected me. I do see there is a fragrance free one never tried it but I'm sure all their products are great! This cold cream the OG should never change and should be kept on stores for many many many more years!! Price is great as well you really don't need a lot either I've had my bottle for 6 months and I'm barely going to hit pan.

I have used Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser since High School. My Mom has used it since High School in the 60s. My Grandma has used it since High School in the early 1940s and my Grandpa used Pond's since the 1950s. I noticed my last jar was different..new graphics, wording and I noticed the ingredients did not match my last few jars. OMG, why Pond's?! The new formula burned my skin, did not make my face look or feel as clean and dewy! It now leaves my face looking dry, irritated and upset. Just how I feel now...dry, irritated and upset. WHY change a formula that has been so great for decades and decades?!

I have used Ponds my entire life and I'm almost 60. My grandmother used it, my mother, now my daughters and my granddaughter! We have the greatest youthful skin! I've had people ask me and they buy based on my review. I use it in the shower. I slather it on. Let it "soak" on and then gently pat my face dry. I use it under make-up etc. Thank you for this great product. NOTHING compares iin my opinion and I've tried others through the years.

The cold cream cleanser does not remove my makeup as effectively as the previous wonderful formulation of cold cream. I don't care for the thinner consistency or scent of the new product. The cold cream formula was more gentle. My eyes itch after using the cleanser product. I am greatful that I still have a jar of the cold cream left. I would like to purchase more of it but I regretably I am only seeing the cold cream cleanser in the store and on-line. I will switching to a different product after using it for so many years, as will my daughter.
