Ordered 3 tubs. The box it was delivered in had an unpleasant odor. Opened it up and one of tubs had been damaged in shipping and the paper seal had broken. The fresh scent is not fresh at all.

Works fairly well but not nearly as long as their previous model. The easy visual indicator on the side for use left no longer works as the sawdust absorbent does not get dark enough to see clearly. Still the best safest low-need long term storage product with no power or maintenance dehumidifier for indoor spaces.

This works great!! I tried it first in the smaller packages, so this is the first time I am using the hi-capacity buckets. It really takes the damp smell out of the basement.

The Damprid was intact this time not like my previous order where it was broken and the stuff all over the inside of the box . I should not have to pay twice.

Package arrived with all seals broken on containers and shipping box was loaded with loose damp rid. Quite a mess. Also Container was larger than what I expected.
