This carseat is affordable, lightweight, and attractive, but difficult to use for various reasons. - The manual lacks sufficient tips for installing safely in rear-facing mode. - In rear-racing mode ... Due to the required incline, the bottom of the carseat may partially float above the vehicle seat cushion. - Latch hooks are hard to remove, especially if latches are embedded deeply between seat cushions. - Harness does not loosen easily, even while fully depressing the release. Tips - Research the carseat to see if it is a good fit for your vehicle and any existing carseats in the same row. - If you don't have latch ... Read the manual on-line to be sure that the carseat is compatible with your vehicle's belts. - In rear-facing mode ... push down and from behind while tightening the latch strap. Check the level indicator as you go. - Check that all straps (in front, behind and below) are straight and flat. Any twisting makes it impossible to tighten the harness and latch strap. - When removing latch hooks ... hold open, push in, twist, and pull out. - Have a certified carseat technician check for correct installation!

Amazing car seat, so happy I bought it. Very easy to put together in my Camry with loys of room making it comfortable for my baby girl who just turned 12 mons old. I love the fun zebra print and was also very happy with its high ratings on safety which is mosy important. I would recommended this product! Safe, affordable and stylish!

I sent this seat to my dad for my daughter to use while we were on vacation. I based the choice on price and good ratings on Consumer Reports. He was able to install it properly and said it was easy to do so. I checked the installation and found it also to be simple, especially when comparing it to our other seats that my husband and I use daily. The design is simple and slim, so it does not take up a ridiculous amount of room in the back seat. The 5 point harness was easy to clip and unclip and the restraint was easy to adjust (again compared with our other, more expensive, seats at home). If I had tried this seat before the Graco MyRide and the Safety 1st that we have at home I would have purchased this. Bonus: It can be installed rear-facing, which was why originally I selected the more expensive car-seat options we use at home.

My wife and I registered for the Graco Nautilus car seat for our baby shower and got it, but found what a pain it is to remove and re-install the car seat in our 2 cars. We bought the Cosco Scenera in realtree pink for our second car so we wouldn't have to move the car seats any more. THE PROS: + It is available in many color schemes. (We chose pink camouflage) + It includes a detachable cup holder. + Once properly installed, it doesn't move at all. + The cover removes easily for cleaning. + The price was very reasonable, especially for a nationally known brand. THE CONS: -Takes a LOT of space in your car. It sits permanently in our Chevy Equinox back seat because it took up too much space in our sedan. This is because of the angle it has to recline for rear-facing capabilities, and simply wouldn't fit in our 08 Kia optima. -Also, The construction of this car seat seems really light and not as durable as the Graco Nautilus.

I'm the proud mother of a 2 year old very active little boy. Of course, everyone wants the best for their children. I've purchased other expensive car seats and I must say this one definitely beats the competition, not only in price but durability, and is easily installed. I suffer from chronic back pain this seat is lightweight and easy to transfer. My son loves his "new chair". I drive a 2013 Camaro, the seat fits perfectly and my son is able to sit up and enjoy the view. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a good seat at a great price!
