The price started off at $35.00 online. But once you check the price increase to $45.00 I had the old battery. I should have got a core price for the old battery

It is an excellent product aa an inexpensive lead acid start battery for a 10kw home backup propane powered generator. The generator complained it's battery was not charging, this battery it the same size but 1/3 the price of a dealer replacement battery. This battery has about the same life as the original.

worked like a charm. just that the pick up order need some tweaking. the pick up guy didn't know about taking the core back etc. i had to go in to the store to get my core charge back.

Good battery, crappy customer service. They don't bother putting core charge on their copy of the receipt. So you have to go home and print a copy from your orders because the one in your phone app isn't acceptable, wait in customer service where they said can't refund because you didn't pay a core charge because they don't show it on their computer. Manager says "doing you a favor this time, can't keep doing this" Happened last year on another battery too!

Battery is okay, curbside pick up was absolutely horrific. Was picking up this 1 thing and was waiting for it in my spot. All spots were filled, and literally not 1 person came outside with an order for over 15 MINUTES. Finally went inside to customer service, and the women there were fantastic. They had someone bring it up to me. It took over a hour for that whole ordeal. And I know what you're thinking, why didn't I just go inside and buy it. Well it was the last one that was in stock, and I pre-ordered it the day before or normally I would have done just that.
