parts seem to wear out too soon and local plumbing supply houses do not support parts- Ridgid needs some kind of consignment parts arrangement with distributors so they can have parts on hand when something wears out- down time is a revenue destroyer and waiting days for parts is a hardship

This machines size and weight makes it very easy to complete all of drain lines in a house. The sectional cables are a snap to use. Also a very wide assortment of heads to complete any job

Often copied, but never equaled..... What a beauty. The dirtier it gets, the more beautiful it works...:-) It likes mud and dirt, so it seems! All here like it.

This machine with sectional cables has made me a lot of money over my 37 yrs in the plumbing business. Easy to clean & can go around all bends with no problem. better than solid cable machines
