My handheld steamer was acting up so I bought this because I needed something that would knock out wrinkles on 22 white linens for our daughter's wedding. My only complaint is that the wheels don't really work that well on most hard surfaces. At least the one I bought doesn't and the steam hand held part of the steamer doesn't stay in the hooked position. Keeps falling out...thinking about using some sort of strap to hold it in. But, it does an excellent job of removing tough wrinkles/creases, quickly.

This steamer is easy to use and for me, freed me from back pain from hunching over an ironing board at an uncomfortable height. With the steamer, I can stand straight up and get through de-wrinkling garments at a much quicker pace than with ironing. My only complaint is that sometimes, when moving the steamer from one location to another, it has leaked water onto the floor. Otherwise, I love the fact that it can be altered to different heights and does a pretty great job on our clothing.

This product is great, very lightweight , very easy to use, and does better at steaming your clothes than other products of this kind.The Rowenta Garment Steamer is not only for light jobs but can be used on many projects. I tested this product on several different fabrics with the same results each time.I Love the Rowenta Garment Steamer and i highly recommend it to all.

Let me just start out with the fact that i cannot iron clothes. Everytime I attempt to iron an article of clothing, I have either burnt myself or the clothing. That being said, I usually only purchase clothes that do not need to be ironed or ones that can be hung up out of the dryer.

The steamer heats up fast and gives off plenty of steam to get out the wrinkles. In that respect I love this steamer. However, the attachments are plastic and fall off the steamer at times while using. Also the plastic hanger (that holds the garment and the steamer head when not in use) does not stay tightly on has tipped during use of the steamer. Multiple times it has almost burned me because of the pieces falling off and the hanger shifting. I wish I had bought a better model. I love the steam function, but the poor design makes it sometimes dangerous to use.
