BLACK+DECKER 3-in-1 Waffle Maker & Indoor Grill/Griddle, Stainless Steel, G48TD

Very disappointed with this item I was really looking forward to getting this type of appliance but when I got it set up and ready to use the plates would not lock in and stay in place and they kept falling out every time I lifted the lid up! very frustrating to say the least with that it also rattles like something is loose when i picked it up and moved it, and it takes a long time atleast 5 minutes to heat up I am very disappointed with this purchase I never had a negative experience with Black %26 Decker before so don't waste your money just spend a little extra and get quality! I couldn't provide pictures because it's already boxed up to be returned.....

Walmart's service was great. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast and convenient. The product however didn't live up to expectations. One of the plates is loose and when trying to make toasted sandwiches on the flat side, the griddle presses them as flat as a sheet of paper causing any cheese or filling to squish completely out and the bread doesn't really get toasted. I end up with a flat, soggy mess.

This waffle maker/grill/griddle is wonderful. It makes perfect waffles. The best part is that the plates are removable for cleaning. I would recommend this to everyone.

This is my second Black & Decker duo grill (first one in 2003) - waffle iron on one side and flip it over and pancake grill on the other side! We use this almost every weekend for waffles, pancakes and lots of other items placed on the grill indoors!

Purchased this unit to replace a 42 year old one that is the exact match, except the quality of workmanship. The shape of the metal housing did not match the griddle plates, leaving a gap that would allow batter to overflow inside. Rough edges of the housing were also indicative of poor workmanship. B&D needs to monitor the quality of their Chinese production or bring it back to the US!
