So far so good. Have only had freezer in place for one week. Something needs to be done about packaging and handling. It was dented in a couple of places around the lower edge. Could not see it until completely uncovered it. Looked at it in the store and there were no visible signs of damage until I got it home and took off the packaging which covered the feet. Along the lower edges were dents. When reading other reviews that was the main complaint. The motor is very noisy in a house of hardwood floors, but is not noticeable when placed in a carpeted room. It held more than you would expect from its size.

We recently moved from a house with a regular size fridge and freezer to an apartment with a smaller fridge and freezer. I was having a tough time adjusting to the smaller freezer and it also made shopping for freezer foods hard because I had to estimate what would fit and what wouldn't. So I got this little freezer and I love it. It's just what I needed!1 It's working great and it came undamaged. I had read some of the reviews about ones that arrived damaged , so I held my breath and ordered it. I am completely satisfied. I have two daughters who also live in apartments so I am thinking of ordering ones for them also.

I ordered online and had it shipped to a Walmart for pickup. I also enrolled in receiving a TEXT alert (Free to opt in) which alerted me when my order was ready for pickup and at what store. You can simply show your cell phone, which conveniently has your order number in the alert text. They actually didn't ask for my ID, but whatever... Unit was decently heavy and got it to fit in the backseat of a 2014 Altima. Packaging was good but be careful not to drag the bottom. Unit should not be in a closed space. It should have a breathable area. I happened to have a spot for it in a study / music studio room, away from my living area and bedroom. The unit is a little bit noisy - nothing major, just the electric/compressor sound. It is actually very faint but you wouldn't want to sleep my it. (Although you could get used to it.) Temperature dial is on the back, and my first 2 items were stouffers French bread pizza and eggo waffles. It also comes with a very small ice cube tray, but it works well because the unit is compact. It's also a decently sized square and has a pretty spacey inside for what it is. I have to experiment more with it as I was simply overjoyed for the first two things - Pizza and Waffles. Eggo box is vertically on the top part - so it is decently deep on the Top section.

I researched freezers last year and found this one on a different site for more money. When I went to buy it this year, the price had gone up so I did some more research and found it on walmart.com cheaper that the original price I found it at. Originally bought for my camper but can use the additional space at home as well. Was VERY happy with it when I used it for the first time. Great little freezer!!!
