This product was a great purchase. I am very happy with the ease of set up, the quality of ice and the value. If I had one thing that I would like to change about it, is that it is loud when creating the cubes. It runs constantly unless the ice is full.

The machine does not keep the ice that is made frozen but allows it to melt and just keeps running and running making more ice. The ice quality is not hard so makes your drink watery very quickly. The constantly running machine, I am sure is going to increase my power bill.

We are really impressed with this machine. My wife is an ice cruncher/smoothie lover. We hope to get many seasons of use out of this great little ice maker. It is a much more substantial machine than was had expected for the price... a true small version of an industrial model. I love to pamper my awesome wife with quality, and I couldn't be more pleased. This ice machine puts out a large volume of ice in a short period of time. It just keeps working and working, and before you know it, the storage bin is full. I recommend a diligent system of transferring the ice to a bag in the freezer often, to keep the ice from melting, and for maximum efficiency. I especially like the idea that ice left for long period of time re-melts into the water reservoir. Up to this point, it has been so user-friendly and productive; we have experienced no negative issues at all.

I was very disappointed with this device. It is much slower than the directions say it suppose to be. It makes strange noises. I only used for a couple of days. Going to look into sending back.

We were very hopeful that this would really be good, but we were disappointed....We ended up returning it and getting my money back... 1) The size of the ice cubes that it made were small and medium.....When you looked at the actual size, we did not see a lot of difference between them.... 2) After being plugged in for 24 hours it only made 2 cup fulls of ice.....The paper work said that it was suppose to hold about 2 lbs of ice....It never made that much.... 3) There were times we would hear a noise from the kitchen and went to look and found ice cubes being dispensed and landing on the floor, the lever - that dispenses the ice - was not pushed in nor anything touching it that would cause it to dispense ice.... The only good thing was how the unit looked.....It was stylish and nice looking.....This was the only thing this product had going for it..... I would not recommend this product to anyone....
