I work nights and cook for myself during the week. Very roomy and FUN for a man. I was surprised I was able to fit Walmarts Granite Ware 15" Oval Roaster by angle it in. I also bought some 9 inch baking pans and at 58 I am cooking Brownies and Blueberry muffins for the first time in my life. Plenty of heat, fast even cooking. Convection setting uses top and bottom heating elements, place pan in middle. Bake setting uses only the top element so place brownie pan at bottom, pan stays cool and brownies don't stick or dry out. Fan circulates hot air so everything cooks fast and evenly. Great for roasting chicken, frozen foods, reheating left overs, baking brownies and muffins... did I mention it was fun?

I returned this oven. After waiting over a half an hour for the temp to get to 375, I realized that the door doesn't close very well, letting a lot of the heat out. I had to force the door to close and the top of the door started to bend from heat as well as the plastic handle. I liked the size, look and the options so I think I will try the 3199R with the stainless handle.

I purchased my first Hamilton Beach Countertop oven 7 years ago. It failed about two weeks ago. We were lost until the new oven was delivered to the store.. We have used the oven most everyday. It is much cheaper to use the small oven in lieu of the large kitchen oven.. The only thing I dislike about the new oven is the controls. The printing on them is much smaller then the first model and we must use reading glasses to use them.. For those who are younger and those who do not need glasses I am sure you will come to depend on the oven as we have.

This oven is designed to fit under cabinets. Easy to use and holds two 12" pizzas at once. Doesn't heat up kitchen like stove oven. Bakes well. The baking pans that come with are sturdy metal. The door stays down while you take food out and I like that the glass curves out instead of flat so leaves room if needed for pans on rack. It is attractive, easy to use and nice weight metal, not flimsy...well designed and is very attractive. LOVE it!!!

This is a great product this is my 2nd one. The first one still works but since the prices keep going up I thought I would go ahead and buy a back-up before the price went up anymore ( I paid $40 two years ago now it's $80)
