Step2 Naturally Playful Woodland Climber

My 2-year-old loves it, she has such joy climbing and sliding (a little young to use the slides to climb by herself). We can easily move it to mow the lawn, but it is sturdy enough for our daughter to climb and play on. The con is that it was slightly difficult to put together.

When our two kids were toddlers, we bought and assembled a Step2 climber, which served us without problems for many years. For all we know, it may still be in service, as we sold it when both became adults. With this memory in mind, my wife and I (now grandparents) decided to put a Step2 Woodland Climber II in the backyard of our current house. Our sons with their families came over and helped us assemble it for their kids to enjoy. It was easy to do - the most graphic instructions were easy enough to follow - and we had it ready to play on within a half-hour. A second generation of kids playing on a Step 2 climber!

My 2 year old son was the happiest boy there ever was when he came home from daycare and saw his new climber set up in his backyard! It was super easy to put together! I am a petite mom who is also 5 months pregnant and I had no problem putting it together in 15-20 minutes!

This is two part: 1. The product itself was easy to put together by following the instructions. The only physical flaw is that one the sides where the step ladder clicks into place, on one side part of the plastic is a little warped so we had to jerry rig it a little to get it secured. 2. We had big issues with shipping, we were told 3-5 business days from the day the 3 boxes shipped. It took 6 business days for 2 of the boxes to show up, and then 12 business days for the third box to show up. Not sure what's up with that but when I called customer service to inquire the guy just sort of brushed it off by saying “well that's not on us, that's all fedex” and kept trying to rush me off the phone. Well great… but as a company you guys should be supporting your customers by inquiring with fedex as to what's going on with that!

Another great product from the Step2 family! I bought this for my grandson but I have one at my house also that I bought years ago for my youngest daughter. The quality is great! I cut it close to time for his birthday but Step2 shipped super fast, I had plenty of time to get it put together. Thanks Step2!
