Virgin Mobile Data Done Right Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Prepaid Smartphone

First off I have been a Virgin Mobil customer for 15 years and they have been the best company to work with. I started out with a simple phone back then and Virgin had the best rate of all the pre paid companies out there. As phones evolved, I bought them. Some were better than others I will be honest but the ease of service was always there. I bought this phone unknowing it was a different kind of plan. I love,love,love the phone! The battery, memory and ease of use is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. My issue is the service. Every month I go through hoop after hoop trying to add air time. I usually spend at least a half hour with support trying to get it to top up! I am beyond fed up! I will never buy a walmart phone again. The $5 I save is just not worth the headache.

Owned this phone for more than a year. So far, there are only couple issues I had frequently with this device. The CPU gets too sluggish compared to the Galaxy S3 (I know, unfair comparison because of price difference). This phone has difficulty coping up with the computing demands of some Android apps (e.g. Chrome), worse, it locks up the phone wherein you have to restart (avoid internet browser apps if you can). You also run into risk of dropping phone conversations. Core does not respond to a PC mouse device for those who like mouse cursors to control the phone (mouse can hook with the S3). Accessories, like screen protector and case, can be bought online. Lucky if you find one in your local stores.

My son likes the phone (teenager) doesn't have any complaints except for he wishes the camera was as good as a normal galaxy but being a core prime it is to be expected that everything isn't as good. Works great, he uses it all the time, battery lasts etc.

Has a lot more storage and more speed than the LG tribute . Plus on data share with daughter works out great less than 75 dollars for two phones.

Great phone for the price. It's easy and convenientto use. I'mreallyenjoyingmy new investment.
