I have had this phone for about three years. It is a good transfer phone for people that aren't sure about a touch screen. This has both touch screen and full inside keyboard. I got this phone because it has two screens, figured this way if I ever broke one screen I would still have the other. Recently I have had issues with lighting on the phone going from bright to dark and it likes to randomly shut off with a full charged battery. Overall, it was a great phone but I think it is getting to the end of its life.

I traded my old Blackberry for an Env Touch a little over two years ago. With the first device I got, the screen worked for about 13 months then one day it ceased working without any reason (not dropped or hit), by then the battery was hardly working. Also, with this first device, only a few months after owning it I noticed that moisture/oil) had sipped in where my face touched the screen. I had this one replaced with a new device, same model. As with the previous phone, after a few months I noticed the same moisture/oil problem as with the first device. The touch screen on this phone lasted about 11 months. Also, as with the first phone, battery life on this phone was even worse than the first one. In conclusion, based on the two Env Touch devices I've owned, this phone is of very poor quality and I would not recommend it at all.

I decided to purchase this phone last year, March 2010 and have had problems with it ever since. I've had to replace the battery twice and the entire phone once. It was a great little phone the first few months I had it but then it just turned into a huge pain. The touch screen isn't very responsive and the built-in camera is not easy to use at all as it uses flash and the flash is literally blinding. The pictures do not turn out good at all. The graphics are ok, they aren't great and when taping video, very rarely does the sound get captured. I would, however, give this phone 5-stars on its QWERTY keyboard that flips out when you need to text message someone. The keyboard is very easy to use and fits even the biggest of fingers easily - very rarely do I make a mistake when typing. It has some good features like a tip calculator, a calendar, and the option to set the ringtone to vibrate only which comes in handy when I'm at work. Overall, I would not recommend this phone. The charger is very sensitive, too sensitive, and breaks very easily. The screen goes out all the time and the battery dies very easily. LG is a great company but not for this phone. Go with something else!

Okay, where to start? Ok... first of all, i want to say that this phone has a very responsive touch screen and very shiny by the way... When i first bought this phone, i though it was some boring toy.. but then i got into it and i enjoy it.... and the buttons at the bottom are awesome.. very nice design... Nice phone LG made.. very nice.. =)
