Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is on great phone for everyday life use as drop the phone in dust or water unlike the iPhone 5s, the other thing I love about this phone is the ultra power save is great for like camping or if you know you won't be at a charger, and the last thing about the phone is the screen broken but the whole phone is in perfect shape so it is durable phone.

Worked good for 1 day and immediately the motherboard starts to fail. Took into 2 cell phone repair shops and both of them said it was the motherboard and it was pretty much useless. Why do you cell junk to the public?? Don't you know that selling poor quality products will only get you negative feedback, and inturn make people not trust this seller. Will never buy from t his seller again.

The battery life has been extremely poor if the display brightness is above extremely dim. The display brightness cannot be left on auto. The battery life time drops to hours from days whenever brightness is on auto plus the battery temperature goes up as well. Using the camera is impossible. There is three second delay between pressing the shutter and the phone snapping the picture. Apps are very sluggish and keystrokes are very delayed at times. The phone requires a daily restart with Lollipop that was not required with KitKat. This is two weeks after a factory reset and 6 weeks after upgrading. I have owned the phone since July 2015. I will buy a new phone from anyone except Samsung if I cannot get the phone working with Lollipop or downgraded to KitKat. This mostly likely will be my last Samsung device.

This is by far the best Galaxy phone to date. The features are amazing. The camera takes the clearest pictures I have seen on a phone or a camera. The only issue that I have had is connectivity with the Bluetooth in my car. This has been an issue a couple of times but has been corrected by a quick restart.

I am extremely disappointed in the S5 after having recommended it to others. The email app is terrible to the point of being unusable. Samsung and Verizon have loaded it with so many non-optional apps that the RAM is almost expended before I open a single app I actually care about. My S3 performs better than my new S5.
