Mega Bloks Building Basics Take-Along Builder

This is a great toy for kids who walk and love to take things around with them. It folds up so you ca easily take it with you and it does hold some blocks in the case. My daughter loves to pull it around with her and build everywhere. The quality so far seems to me good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I have a one year old and a three year old. I figured my one year old would be the one to play with this since my oldest already has moved on to regular Legos but it is my oldest that has played with it the most. He loved being able to store the pieces inside and move around with it. My only critique is that I wish it was a bit deeper. He can't just toss the pieces in there and shut it on his own. They have to be maneuvered inside to be able to shut it. Otherwise this is perfect to-go toy for the kids. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It is very hard to keep my two year olds attention. So we have ended up with MANY toys that he just doesn't use. He does however really enjoy this toy, he really likes to sit and push and pull the blocks apart. He is not that great at building yet, because he's only two. He also enjoys pushing and pulling the car around and it is small enough we can take it back and forth to Nana and Pops. It's convenient and it's small but it has enough blocks in it for it to be fun and enjoyable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Our boys love playing with this! They always want something to carry their toys around in and this mega bloks carrier fits the bill. They love being able to build towers on top of the carrying case especially because the platform gives them a larger building base. It's very easy to use and sturdy! I have a 2 year old and 4 year old, totally thought this would be great for the 2 year old. She played with it for a few minutes then was done. I was surprised that my 4 year old son took the directions and made all of the suggested designs in the brochure. My biggest complaint is that it is impossible to fit all of the pieces back inside! I would have given it 5 stars if I was able to put it all back together and didn't have a random piece sitting separate! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
