Schwinn 700c M Excursion Matte Caramel

I am disappointed that the instructions I received do not include 3 speed (gear in hub) bicycles. I have spent a lot of time on the internet researching 3 speed bikes in order to figure out how to assemble the gear shifting assembly.

It is a nice looking bike with great price and all the fatures I want is in it, i.e. wheel / chain cover, rear rack, a 3-speed internal shift gear, etc. The two front brakes work smoothly, no sudden stop feeling. I wish the front handle bar can be adjusted higher but it does not seem to be that easy. Overall, it is very impressive.

This bike comes with aluminum rims and frame. The structural quality of this bike is excellent. The shifter is fair and the brakes are good. It has a very nice rack. It is a remarkable value. It would be nice to be able to adjust the handlebars a little bit higher. However, I was so impressed with this bike that I purchased one for my wife as well.

BIKE MET ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. PURCHASED A BIGGER AND MORE COMFORTABLE SEAT MADE BY SCHWINN. IT WAS ASSEMBLED IN STORE. THEY DONE A PRETTY GOOD JOB. MAY HAVE IT TWEAKED A LITTLE. I THINK IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT!

Ordered it online and had delivered to the store. Not a big deal to assemble. Just put the front wheel on, the handlebars, pedals, and the front fender. Maybe 30 minutes of work, and a little time to get the fender perfectly aligned and a little adjustment to the brakes. Nothing major, and easy even for someone not all that mechanically inclined. The bike itself is really nice. The 3-speed has plenty of range for moderate hills. It's really a nice commuter bike set-up. I think this will give many mles and years of enjoyment.
