Dremel 428 3/4 inch Carbon Steel Brush Rotary Tool Accessory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dremel products always seem to be a cut above. I've tried aftermarket accessories for my rotary tools, but they never measure up to Dremel quality. Once again I have found that to be true with the 447 carbon steel brush set. I have used them to clean up small parts for my 1929 Ford Model A. The small, hard-to-get places are no problem for these wheels. Whether cleaning out the threads on bolts or eliminating rust from original Ford parts, these accessories are indispensable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used these brushes to clean the rust off of some battery terminals, they were small and easy to get all the way around the terminal in the space I had. Great product. Would highly recommend for any light to medium cleaning of metal.

The combination of the two brushes are able to get into tight areas very easily, and using polishing compound the brushes leave a pretty nice finish on soft materials.

I was very impressed that it not only removed the dirt and light rust, but appeared to polish it as well. It did a great job, but unfortunately I may only get one maybe two more uses of the brush set due to the brushes wearing down. But that's to be expected.
