Told my smart phone is the issue. IE their app wants a expesive NEW phone not an older one. This makes this thermostate USELESS!!!! DOn;t buy honeywell since their ceo seems to think it matters and we are just bottom scum. Seni seems to have a thermostate that works very well! As for the rest, nest echobee, google, over priced junk.

installed around the 1st of Dec 2020 and now middle of Feb the sensor is out. We had it professionally installed when we had a new heater and AC installed in the house.

We've had this thermostat for a few months and something in the software is off. Anytime we turn the heat above 69º it constantly glitches and restarts itself, leaving the heat on and heating well above the setting, if it is set to 70º, it heats to at least 72º each time.

I purchased two of these programmable thermometers to get a handle on our electric bill, particularly in the summer months. I just received my first bill after the installation, and we've saved $150 compared to last year this time. So, I think it was a great investment!
