I mainly tried this for the scent. It's a nice relaxing citrus scent. I didn't notice much in terms of the other ingredients. I'd probably add some unscented epsom salts to this if you're looking for muscle relief. Otherwise, it's mainly a nice smelling bath.

Forget Calgon... Aura Cacia take me away! The scent of the sweet orange mineral bath is fantastic, without being overpowering in a small room (like a bathroom!) and the salts and minerals leave my skin feeling smooth. I enjoy using it after working hard in the garden, a long day on my feet, or while travelling. The small package is great for road trips: a stay in a hotel becomes more enjoyable with a soak in the tub, and the salts do seem to help ease the stiffness of my muscles after a long drive. It's also nice to slip into a care package. I highly recommend this.

I take them with me whenever I travel. Nice small package (even to take onboard). Great for a regular bath and foot soaks.
