We purchased this booster when my son was just about two. He was ready to move from his high chair, but not quite tall enough to sit in a regular chair. This buckled safely onto my existing dining room chairs and still allowed the chair to be pushed in under the table when not in use. We've used it for more than three years, adjusting the height as my son has grown taller. My only advice is this: If you have wooden chairs, a towel under the booster will protect them; the plastic feet of the booster *will* scratch your chairs.

This was purchased for my 11 month old niece. Works well for the most part. The tray snaps in hard but once you get used to it, it isn't an issue. My sister also owns this so I knew, before purchasing, that it worked like that. The tray is not an issue for me especially b/c the price is so good.

I purchased this booster for use on a trip. I wanted something with a tray that also folds up. This appeared to be the best value. I like the small size and washability. It was simple to install this on a regular chair, and it's nice that you can use the straps to secure the tray when carrying it. Other folding boosters require that you carry the tray separately. Here are the negatives: It is difficult to snap the tray on and off, even for someone with good hand strength, and lining up the tray with the slots on the side of the seat is difficult, even with the number guides. Also, the crotch strap is a bit too short, and the tray sits a bit too low on the lap. I'm not sure why, but my 1 year old naturally slouched in this seat (not a problem with our Safety 1st Recline and Grow booster). Perhaps it was the low seat back. I'm not sure. At any rate, a lot of food ended up dropped on his tummy, and he never looked comfortable sitting in the seat. My son also quickly discovered that the tray insert does not snap down, so he had fun pulling it up and flinging food around. We had to stop using it. This booster was okay for a trip, and the price is low. But it has some design problems and I'd never use it on a daily basis.

This is the perfect high chair for keeping at Grandma's house or for taking with you on visits. It is very easy to secure to any kitchen or dining room chair. It can easily be stored away when not it use, unlike big bulky high chairs. The back folds down for compact storage or portability. Can also be used as a booster seat when seating a toddler at the table without the tray attached. We now own two of these seats since we have three grandchildren under the age of two who visit frequently. Our granddaughters love to play with the seats on the floor, sitting their dolls in the seats and "feeding" them!

This is my favorite investment we've made on baby gear thus far. My twins are 13 months old now, and as we have to buy everything in 2's, it was important to keep the cost down, but still get decent quality and safety. This item matched everything. I now have 2 of these in the van, and have used them at restaurants, and family gatherings. The kids get to sit right at the table with everyone, and have their own tray.... just like a regualr highchair, only, you can take the tray off, and push them right up to the table. Saves space, and is great for mom's on the go. I have always been nervous about restaurant highchairs, so this product makes it so I don't have to worry about that anymore!
