VIZIO VECO320L - 32" Diagonal Class LCD TV - 720p 1366 x 768

My family got this tv for the kitchen to replace an older one that took up a lot of space. This one mounts nicely under a cabinet and looks great. The picture quality is better than expected, even with basic cable. It took all of 2 minutes to set up (maybe half an hour to mount it) The only complaint I would have is the sound quality. I didn't think it was THAT bad but other people in the family were complaining but you can always get new speakers. Great product and a great price! Watch out for fingerprints. It comes with a cloth, but it doesn't do much.

The “VIZIO VA19L HDTV-10T” that I received on 12-15-2009: 2 Stars out of 5 Stars. Pros: 1. The remote control feels like good quality and it is easy to navigate to all of the Video, Audio or Video Input Source Options. 2. Others have complained about the audio sounding tinny, but it seems to me that turning the Audio/Bass setting to about 60% seems to eliminate that problem, such that, I am now very satisfied with the Audio. 3. It is a classy looking TV when it is turned off. And, I think that is so cool the way that the VIZIO emblem lights to a dim yellow color when the TV is off and then to a bright white look when it is on. Cons 1. My main problem with this Vizio VA19L 19” TV is that the Picture is too dark (dim) and “non-brilliant” in all available “Picture Mode presets” (Custom, Home, Movie, Vivid, Game). I ended up optimizing the Custom Picture mode with the backlight running at 100%, which looks the best but it still has too dark of a picture compared to my old Picture Tube Type Televisions. 2. The “VIZIO VA19L HDTV-10T” is frustrating to watch because I must stay positioned right in front of it or the picture starts to fade significantly when viewing at any up, down or side viewing angle's. But even when I am sitting right in front of it at about a 4ft distance, it has a frustratingly dark picture for many TV scenes.

After reading the reviews I was a little concerned - many complained about the sound quality. But since everything else about this product seemed good, I decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did! It's a great little TV and personally, I think the sound is fantastic. My only qualms are that I think it's an awful lot of money for such a little TV (though compared to everything else out there, clearly this is a bargain), and that the box it shipped in wasn't a generic Walmart box as I expected - it's a big box with a picture of the TV on it. It basically shouts "Come steal me! I'm a TV!" Luckily the building manager at my apartment was nice enough to put the package IN my apartment instead of letting it sit out in the hallway with all the other apartment packages to get stolen.

I bought this TV to replace a 19" TV in the bedroom. It was easy to set up and has an excellent picture and great sound. It's light weight and takes up very little room on my dresser. User-friendly remote control. I have analog cable. This set pulled in all the digital and high definition channels that my cable company offers without having to switch to more expensive digital cable and renting a converter box. Excellent value!

Bought this for the kitchen, which has no DirectTV hookup in it, and am relying on a Phillips flat-panel antenna (also bought at WalMart) to bring in local channels. Because of location, I can only get some of them but the ones I get have fantastic picture quality. This tv would probably blow me away if it was hooked up to cable or satellite, the video is that good ! As for audio, it's a little "tinny"-sounding, in spite of audio adjustments. Also, the remote is backwards in that the channel and volume buttons are reversed from all the other remotes I've used and that's a little annoying to get used to. Otherwise, this is a superb TV for the price, in my opinion, esp. in regard to the picture quality.
