Guitar Hero: World Tour Band Bundle - Xbox 360

After conducting my research online for the best price and game for either XBox360 and PS3, I've decided to purchase the Guitar Hero World Tour for my XBox360. I would have to spend additional $80 for the same item for my PS3. The game are awesome. It's very addictive. The best part, I can play it with my young kids. They loved this game, especially beating on the drums.

I purchased this for my 16 year old grandson and he was thrilled. He called when he received it and was so excited that he could play and so could his brother. He said it was his best gift. I was thrilled because I saved so much at Walmart Online vs. Best Buy. It was so easy to point and click and win and win!

after a couple weeks one of the cymbals has to be hit really hard to work. activision is supposed to be sending me a "tuning kit" but seems like its taking forever. also, the songs aren't as good as the other one, you know, Rock Band

Bought this after the holidays to go w/ the Xbox 360. I had read many, many reviews all over the web and had a bit of misgivings about the hardware issues (buttons stopping working, drum pads failing, etc.). But I am happy to say that - so far - we've had no problems with any of the kit. We've had great times rocking out and I recommend this game/kit to anyone. As an fyi, the best deal that I found for adding another controller (it comes w/ just 1 guitar, 1 mic, drums), was to seek out the Aerosmith GH bundle which comes w/ a Les Paul guitar controller. I picked up that bundle for $39 which is waaaay cheaper than buying just the controller on its own. Granted, the LP guitar does NOT have the "slider" area on the fretboard but it doesn't affect playability at all. We use the LP as the "bass" and let the lead guitar player get fancy w/ the slider on the Strat guitar. Plus, we have the entire Aerosmith game to play, too - it's not full band but it's still a blast for 1 or 2 players to rock w/ Aerosmith!!! Hope this helps!

This item was purchased for my 3 grandboys, ages 6,10, and 13. They have so much fun with it and stay with it for hours at a time. It was so easy to pick up with no lines and ready to go. I can't imagine so much fun for the boys and is perfect for different ages to do at the same time.
