Nature Made B Complex with Vitamin C Caplets, 100 Count

It's perfect for me because it has the basic vitamins.

It does have a little smell to it but I didn't mind. Taking this daily has made a pretty good change in me. I do like that it kinda helps with my energy levels. Would definitely get again

I saw my doc for a checkup a few months ago and we got to talking about the b12 shot and if it might help. She recommended that I start taking a vitamin B6 supplement so I began looking at my options. The Nature Made B-Complex was appealing because it not only has Vitamin B6 but Vitamin C as well. I've been taking it daily for almost 2 months and have noticed an improvement in my energy level. I'm not as tired anymore and I believe it's helped with my immune system. Some family members were recently sick and normally it passes through the entire household but I was able to avoid getting the sickness. I'm really happy with the results I've experienced and will continue to take this supplement daily.
