Sony PlayStation Vita 2000 Series 1 GB with Accessories Included, Black

Firstly, I'll start by saying My Gf bought this for me thinking it was the model pch-2000 as it was listed in the description saying that it was the model 2000 version, but they sent me a damaged model pch-1000 (older version) and I'd really like to get a full refund because this model was damaged and not even what she was wanting to get me.

I mainly bought it for the remote play feature but I'm starting to enjoy it for some of its games and other features as well I highly recommend it if your a PlayStation fan like myself.

This is a Japanese version of the console, not a North American version. Fortunately, although it is labeled entirely in Japanese, and I can glean that it is technically Region 2, my U.S. games seem to work thus far. Hopefully that won't change. Besides not being able to read the box or the user manual (which is a pain), the X and O buttons are reversed on the console (but fortunately, not in-game). This is slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. However, I was expecting an American Vita, so I can't say I'm entirely happy with what I received. It will work, but I would've rather received what was in the item description (and what was depicted in the photos in the website). I'm getting a little tired of Walmart not vetting their third party sellers, as this type of thing has happened before.
