700C Huffy Men's Norwood Cruiser Bike, Grey

This is terribly cheaply made bike! My advice, do not buy this! If you want to know why, read me experience below. I have been riding bicycles all my life and I have never had such a cheaply made bike like this. I have had this bike for a year now since my last bike was stolen and thus I needed to purchase a new bike. After long research on what I was looking for and needed in a bike, this seemed a great option for, within my budget, what was a reasonable price. My mistake for thinking Huffy was a reputable bike manufacturer. I have had nothing but trouble. First the splash guards are plastic and very flimsy to say the least. They are attached by a small aluminum connector which broke within 4 months due to vibration. Second, the brake pads wore out within two months because they are misaligned on the frame itself. Third, the tires and tubes are cheaply made and do not hold up to everyday wear. I had to replace both front and back with durable ones from England. Fourth, the gear derailleur would not allow the chain to shift to the highest gear without dropping back to the gear below causing it to snap off after 7 months. Contacted Huffy to see if it could be replaced but it did not fall under warranty, so I had to pay $16 to get a new one. Now a year later and the bike is falling apart every time I ride it. It won't stay in gear, brakes do not work properly, seat losing its stitches, kick stand keeps loosening and chain keeps coming of causing it to have broken the 'guard' on the pedal gear. The handle/steering bar keeps dropping no matter how I tighten it and it is rusting all over, despite the fact that I keep it indoors and dry it off! Not worth the money!!

Good Price, good On line service

We picked it up at the store and immediately had problems. The brakes weren't assembled right and the front tire/rim kept hanging up. The delivery and assembly was very late and now this.........I was upset! I took it anyway with the idea of correcting the mistakes..........WRONG! Once home I saw the rim was very bent with no hope. I never rode it at all and took it back for a refund. Very disgusted!

Front brakes squeal very loud.
