So my case is a bit different. I'm actually 18 years old but i've always had issues with gastric emptying, big meals make me feel sick so its hard for me to get all my calories and nutrients. I switch between the sidekicks and the enteral formula, which I've been drinking since I was about 3. The enteral formula certainly tastes better, at least the one I buy, that said I dont mind the taste of the sidekicks, they taste fine and they're very good for filling in the gaps. I can't stand the taste of adult formulas so this product has been a godsend. Thanks!
