Sony PlayStation 3 - Game console - 80 GB HDD

My husband wanted a blu-ray player. He did some research and found the PS3 has the best one, plus it's a game system. Since it's a game system you have the ability to trade it in for cash or a different system. The PS3 also auto updates when connected to the internet. It has Wi-Fi built in, which also saves money on wires and cables :) You can even surf the web, way different than using a computer, but still fun.

The Ps3 Working great the games never looked better for 720psi and the sound is good two only draw back is sony needs to add new flash so u can go to more places on the internet and have it so u can sigin in to aol yahoo msn and i wish they had two ports for your controler like ps2 this one only has one

People who really are looking to be able to play their PS2 games on their PS3 as well should not buy this. It doesn't play them. You can play either Playstation, or Playstation 3 games, but not Playstation 2 games. I am being as redundant as possible on this, for it cannot be stressed enough. I suggest buying the PS3+Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle if you want the PS2 backwards capabilities. A stupid thing about it though, is that you can still create a PS2 memorycard in the internal memory of the hard drive, yet there is not software you can buy to install the capability of reading PS2 games. Everything else, though is fine. Easy to connect to the internet. Ethernet cord, or wireless, it's very easy. PS3 games work fine.

This a very good system, capable of much more than the Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii. Built in wifi (with xbox you have to buy the 100 Dollar adapter) blutooth, eight proccesing cores, and up to 7 controlers. Bluray player that cost around 250 dollars separet from the system. Online play is free!!!!!(Xbox 360 hase a yearly charge of 60 dollars). If buying for teenager highly recomended!!!!!!
