Ripstik Caster Board, Green

got this for my daughter's 14th birthday. we love the color. we couldn't find this color anywhere in the stores and all the other ripsticks in the stores had been played with, the boxes were broken and torn and the sticks were dirty. so it was cool to order brand new online. she loved it!

I looked all over both in town and on the internet for a green ripstick. I needed to get it for my daughter's birthday in 2 days and, when I found it at Walmart online, I was thrilled to get it with overnight shipping for about the same price or less that any other place had it regardless of shipping. My daughter is very experienced on ripsticks and this was her 2nd one, so we already knew how quality the product was. But Walmart's price on this was very pleasing.

Bought this for my 12-yo son for Christmas when it went on sale at Walmart.com. Shipped fast. My son is a quick study but he did take the time to watch the instructional DVD that came with this so he could get moving faster. It helped. Within 10 minutes he was off and hasn't stopped since. Would highly recommend riders of any age wear hand guards though since falling does happen and this will protect wrists and hands from hard landings. He loves it! And it takes up less room in the garage than a bike. Since not much snowboarding is done in Houston, this is the next best thing. Two thumbs up.

I was impressed with the quality of the board. It was bigger and heavier than I expected; was a bit concerned that someone might get hurt. After watching the kids for awhile I relaxed, they apparently had been practicing. They really enjoyed this item.
