Very good swing for newborns, the levels of the back raise is excellent. Power cord very helpful as well

I initially bought my daughter a portable swing and I ended up returning it, at max speed it barely swung my 9 pound baby. I started to look around for a full size swing that was easy to store and didn't take a lot of space. I received this swing within three days of ordering it, which I loved. Putting it together took me about 30 minutes and it was easy. The design and colors on this swing are beautiful. My daughter has been a fussy baby from birth and I had to carry all the time. As soon as I put her on the swing she loved it! Giving more time to do my chores around the house. The mobile on the top entertains her every time. The AC connection is great because she spends a lot time on the swing, saving my money on batteries. She currently weighs 12 pounds, I put it in speed 2 and it's perfect. I love this swing and would definitely buy it again, it has giving me some sanity back.

We rely heavily on this swing!! We bought it when my daughter was 5 days old and at 10 months we still use it at nap time and some evenings. The only problem has been the motor, which was quickly replaced all 3 times by the company. The fabulous response to my need for a replacement was more than I expected. If a product is going to have flaws it's best to deal with a company who puts your satisfaction first, so for that I am grateful! BUT... it does stink that the motor and subsequent motors have all died within less than 2 months of use :-( Hopefully they have gotten those kinks squared away by now.

The swing was awesome but after 3 months the motor went out. I contacted Customer Support though the Graco baby website and told them of the motors shot life span. They contacted me back on the same day and said "A new motor unit has been sent at no charge. Please allow ten business days." It only took 3 days for the motor to arrive. I am giving this swing a perfect review because I am blown away by Gracos Customer Support! Thank you Graco!

I do love the swing but I would have had an easier time with more specific instructions on the assembly.
