If you want to have fun Dancing this is your Dvd. I'm not going to lie, if your out of shape it will be hard to do but Cheryl and Maks make it look easy and give you great instruction.

I danced from age 2-22 and taught ballet a little bit. In my adulthood I've danced salsa & merengue for fun....but gained weight due to a knee injury and surgery about 11 years ago. This workout is fun, with REAL latin music and pro dancers...I think those without a dance background will be able to do it as well but might find it more challenging. I found a couple of the steps challenging. You will sweat but you will forget you are working out. Amazing...I almost want to say better than zumba but I still like zumba too.

I am a 71 year old woman and love it. It has helped me to move better, I have back problems and walk with a lot of pain. This work-out video has instructions, close captions for us with hearing problems and it is easy, if you know how to dance Latin. I am a Latina and used to dance all kinds of music. I already lost inches in one week! I love the music and the clear voices from Mark and Sheryl.

This gives you a serious but fun workout.

I bought this video to change my workout routine by adding dance. I was disappointed by the very short rushed basic dance steps shown. There was also a short workout section which didn't even bring my heart rate up. This video is for people looking to learn basic dance steps NOT for a real dance workout.
