The Beats did not work at all They wouldn't even charge up

I bought these for my 14-year-old son as a Christmas gift. It came in its original packaging had the instruction manual and changing device. They were clean they where in great condition. I was glad I found these as I wasn't really too sure about paying full price for my 14-year-old he's probably going to lose them or break them. The purchase worked out so well my husband purchased a pair for himself as well and they both work great no problems. Sound quality is excellent I would recommend these number one because it's a little bit cheaper and the quality is good great purchase

Don't expect these to look factory fresh. Mine were dirty and dinged up. I didn't expect brand new but how much does it cost to refresh the plastic bits? They literally looked used out of the box including ear wax. You do get a new ear inserts. The charge cable and case looked new or very close to new. Comes in a white box with the serial number of the headphones on the box below a barcode.
