Morid is a great technician. He is careful and detailed in the work he performs and makes sure I understand everything that relates to the work done. I quickly developed tremendous trust in the solutions he recommends to any problems I may be having with my home security system or my computers and am confident the work performed will be right the first time.
My service was performed over the internet. My tech Listened to my issue and went right to work. He told me how long he thought it would take so I could go about my business without babysitting his process. Then he left me a note on the screen with my instructions and a way to get a hold of him later.
My computer is working slowly and I suspect because the hard drive is almost full. I have space on Gooogle Cloud and my external hard drive, which I am using to back up my data, though I need to verify that it's working. (The hard drive does not appear on Time Machine, but your tech said it's working.) I believe it's a simple matter to save my pictures and videos on the external drive and the cloud, where there is enough space, rather than on the hard drive. Your tech confirmed this, but got cut off before doing it. He ran some diagnostic tests, which didn't create much more space on the hard drive. However, he changed the settings somehow so that on the Storage tab under About This Mac, all uses are grouped under the Other category, which means it no longer has its diagnostic function. I asked your agent, Justine Y, if they could fix this--asked her three times--but she wouldn't answer.
we did remote and it was truly exhausting and very long - a lot longer and more complex than I thought. very thorough to an extreme - ran scan after scan went on for several hours but I think it was worth it and everything seems to work pretty well so far thanks so very much, Mike
My PC was running very slow. simple copy/paste or scrolling down a web page and app would go "Not Responding". I called to have this address and I was told to have a remote "Computer Tune". This was done, however this is little improvement. I also now have spam emails that I never got prior.
