Straight Talk SAMSUNG Galaxy Core Prime, 8GB Black - Prepaid Smartphone

This phone is great overall. I have had this phone and service since October 2010. I have never had a dropped call. ST in my area uses Verizon towers. The only thing I don't like is when I use craigslist I can't post or respond. I can view all content. I do alot of business on my phone. Overall yes i would recommend the phone and the service.

I was with another carrier until I purchased this phone a week ago. I absolutely love it. I was paying $125 a month just for 900 minutes a month with the "other" carrier. I will be saving $80 a month. I get service everywhere I go, no dropped calls and it has all the features of my last phone. I love it!!!

Happy with phone and service. No longer under contract. We will pay half the price of last contract with more options. The R355C is on the Verizon network. All Straight Talk phones ending in letter C are on Verizon network. The phones ending in G are on AT&T network. I found this out thru research on internet. I plan on being a Straight Talk customer from now on.

The LG220C, as sad as it is, has the same features as this phone (the LG220C actually holds more messages). The only thing this phone has more than the cheap LG is that it also has a camera and an MP3 player. But trust me, it literally has NO MORE options than that. It LOOKS like a better phone, but it really is a sad disappointment. Get the Nokia E71 if you want a really impressive, and very, very powerful phone with 3.5G capability. Other than that, this phone is way, way overpriced, and honestly the menus even look cheaper and duller than the LG220C, which is sad to say.

Went to Straight Talk as soon as my contract was up. Liked the looks and reviews for Samsung R355C. I'm happy with my service and like my new phone. I like the internet features but can't seem to store my sign-in data. The speaker phone is not near loud enough and the keys are small which make it near impossible to text and drive - And That's a Good Thing! The voice clarity is excellent and the phone gives you a lot of personal options. I don't think there could be a better value for the price.
