The phone was fabulous, easy to connect to straight talk. It was a gift for my eleven year old kid. Would definitely buy another iPhone for myself. Great customer service.

The phone dropped my calls it was breaking up while I was talking. I blame the towers around Crestview. I don't think it was the phone but if I don't get good service where I live and shop it is not a good purchase to me. I took it back and got a refund.

great phone arrives on time. I use a pc daily but have no trouble using the iphone. It has some really neat features that I use often for my business that my SGII didn't have. Only thing thats not good is the gps. I liked androids better, but over I'm happier with my iphone. Which is funny considering I hate the mac computer.

Calls or accessing the Internet, but the support for straight talk WORTHLESS, I CALL TO PURCHASE A LONG DISTANCE CARD AND THE TECHNICIAN INSTEAD CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER, I CALL BACK AND AFTER 1 hour and 40 minutes no one WAS ABLE TO ASSIGN BACK MY OLD NUMBER OR EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPEN I SUGGEST IF YOU EVER HAVE AN ISSUE PROBABLY GOING TO THE STORE, GOOD LUCK!
