I bought my phone in February and i have had nothing but problems with it from the very beginning. The battery won't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours. And most recently i moved to Missouri and the Verizon towers wouldn't recognize my number so i called straight talk and spent 2 hours on the phone with them. They major reset my phone and have me a new local number and i still wasn't able to use my phone. They told me i either had to go back to the state i came from to use it or by a new one. So here we are 4 months after my purchase and I'm having to buy yet another one. Thanks soo very much for selling cheap junk that wasn't cheap.
I'm so unsatifies I have had this phone 3 months and it is glitchy spazes out and unreliable. I have never dropped or damaged this phone . They need to put a warranty on these for how expensive they are.

No issues with the actually phone it's great but the only thing that bothered me was that it didn't come with a pair of headphones. Yes I know it was previously used but regardless it should have come with headphones
Bought it for my son. He dropped it from less than 2 feet. It landed on the back side, and not the screen side. Cracked already, like spider cracked, not even slightly.
