75230 55-Count Scott Rags White Paper Towels - Quantity 1

I have been using these in my Screen Printing business for 20 years or so, unfortunately I will need to find an alternative now that the last boxes I purchased from Sam's Club are completely different. They are TERRIBLE!!! Not even close to being the same product as it used to be. PLEASE change them back to the original rags.

You made them thinner and put that mesh in them and softness gone THEY SUCK I have been buying them for 20 year you lost this customer sad could leave a great towel a lone had to screw it up

I have been using these rags for years now. Until my recent purchase I was very happy with them. This last lot of them I bought do not perform as well as usual. They are not nearly as absorbent or soft.

I've been a lifelong customer and buy about 6 boxes of these Rags in a box per year. This last order guess what??? The rags are different! Small than the original and not as soft. Come on Scott!! Where are the usual towels I've come to know and love??

I'm on my 3rd box of Rags in a Box. A box usually lasts a few years. Not this current box though. I have to use 50% more product to get the job done. Once I'm finished with my project I spend time cleaning up the bits of rags that fall to the floor and my workbench. I've been using these for home clean up jobs and for maintaining my road bicycle. This new box is very frustrating. The rags rip and shred very easily. They are not nearly as absorbent as the previous version. They do not hold up as expected. When in contact with anything remotely sharp the tear right through. The changes made to this product are extremely disappointing. I'm ready to throw the mostly unused box away and look for another product. These Rags in a Box no longer get the job done. This is a very poor product change obviously geared towards greater profitability and leaving the customer aggravated. I tried to use the contact us option but that doesn't work!
