I have been using this for last 3 weeks. Initially when I opened the packet I got surprised by the size of the product. It was small to my expectation. It does the job by throwing hot air. I am using this in my 2 bed room appt. I move this to any room I need to. Its light weight. It keeps the house warm. But I am not sure on the electric consumption as my electric bill went up after using. However overall I recommend this product.

The unit is used under my desk at work. It heats the small area quite well and the adjustable thermostat allows you to control your level of comfort. The fan is loud but not overly unpleasant. (i.e. it sounds like a fan is running but there aren't any irregular clanging or whirring sounds) It actually creates a decent amount of white noise that helps me concentrate and prevents me from becoming distracted by idle chatter around the office. Great value for the money. If you are heating a small space, don't waste your money on anything more expensive. However, because of its small size, I would recommend something bigger for large rooms.

I now own THREE of these tough little heaters. The oldest is about four years old and I just love them. They get knocked around quite a bit and they still work like new. One is in my bedroom, one is in the bathroom and one is in the garage. The one in the garage is the only one I ever use on the "high" setting. They put out lots of heat, even on "low." Once you get the thermostat dialed in for your room they easily maintain your desired temp without running continuously. The one drawback is they are noisy - as are all bargain priced fan heaters. Aside from that, this is an excellent little heater that even outperforms a couple of ceramic heaters I've owned.

I have had this heater for nearly 4 years now and it is still running like it is brand new. Yes, the fan is just a little bit noisy to be used in a office atmosphere but it can be over looked. I have a pretty good sized office, and it really does a nice job keeping it warm in here for when I come back in from the cold outside.

This heater is a energy saver. I bought 3 of them and use them thruout the house. They have a safety feature that I love, if one of them falls over or is too close to something it shuts itself off. You have to wait 30 mins. to reset it, then it comes back on.
