Shipping was quick and windows were packed well. One grid out of five was really bowed and one window had a factory defect where the lower panel was not in the track. (I was able to coax it back into place) Maybe it's my bad carpentry skills, but the holes in the nailing fin allowed for no tolerance in the width of the rough opening. Fasteners were barely hitting studs. Overall I love the windows though!

It had a screen and the window goes up and down . Easy to install . Just nail it up in the pre drilled holes . I'm very pleased and the price was reasonable. Free shipping.
