I didn't get my ribs this is the second time I ordered from them I'm just going to stop ordering

I didn't ask substitution for the meet . Why your guys give me the substitution. I'm not happy about that.

need a bone saw to get through the sternum. All bone no meat. Have to buy ramen cause i spent $24 on ribs plus sauce.

i decided to ignore other reviews on the quality of meat sauce we usually buy the other brand. the pack was delivered intacted without issues. however when we opened up, they stuck slabs of fat in between the two racks of ribs. Spare ribs are usually fattier than St. Louis style but i spent over an hour shaving all the fat off. our original weight was a little over 10lbs. I trimmed off over 3 lbs of pure fat most stuck between the two.

very good value for the money. fine they taste delicious. they cook great. Yes, there can be fat on the back but when you figure out cost per pound of the meat, it's still a really good deal. if you're used to eating the $8 a pound stuff, you have to leave some allowances or you're going to be a little bit disappointed. I buy these and cut these up into meal size pieces. freeze the rest. I consider it an extremely good value for something really tasty.
