Online shoppers beware. I ordered two iPad Airs and only received one. My husband signed for the package but never thought he'd need to open the package before signing. Walmart wouldn't correct this and we've had to dispute this with our bank. So I for one won't ever buy expensive electronics from Walmart again!
It keeps shutting off on its own. It sits on the charger for hour and chargers about 1% and hour then when it's unplug it says it's battery is drained. Returning it back to the store for a full refund. My daughter was super upset to open a non working iPad for Christmas.
I absolutely love my iPad. It is my first iPad ever (not my first Apple product) and it is amazing and perfect for what I use it for. It came packaged brand new and the pad itself, is in perfect condition. I love the Rose Gold color as it matches my watch and phone. I was skeptical at first to purchase this through Walmart but the reviews and the fact I purchased my Apple Watch from Walmart (which too came in the same condition) I went for it. If you are looking for an unused iPad though Walmart I strongly recommend this one.
This iPad must have sat on the shelf for a while. I could not get the initial startup past where the software needed to update. I had to call Apple Support and they set up an appointment for me to take the iPad in so it could be restored by the technician. The software loaded was on version 14.8 and current version was 15.0.1. Once restored, the iPad worked perfectly. Just a bit frustrating that it didn't work right out of the box. It is really fast and responsive, and the price I paid made up for the minor inconvenience. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
Big hassle! The iPad locked up on us. The only way according to Apple to fix it is to connect to iTunes on a PC. The problem is, however, it didn't come with a cord that had a USB plug. So I was told I had to go buy a converter. The other problem is that we don't have a PC. So we were told we had to borrow one or go to an Apple store. The nearest Apple store is three hours away. We just retired and moved out into the country and have nobody to go asked to borrow a PC. The only thing we could do was return it. I don't want another one of these if this is what I have to do if that thing locks up on me again. Maybe I will have the same problem with a different company, don't know, but I am definitely going to try to avoid this headache. I've been on the Internet and phone for over an hour trying to figure out who to return it to.
