I really found this product to be at a reasonable price. It was a gift to my son. He really loves it and can't wait to get home from school to ride it! He also loves the color. The reliability is great also. I really got a great product for the price:) I would recommend this scooter to anyone-and I have.

My son was so excited to see this under the tree on Christmas Day. He rode it that afternoon and when we went to charge it, the charger light didn't come on and it never would charge. We were very disappointed and took it back to Walmart w/out any problems thankfully. We got a different brand electric scooter and it cost more but it has worked perfectly and in fact, overall is better designed. The seat is towards the back of the scooter and the tires are larger which is better too.

The scooter is sturdy and strong. The electronics under the deck are well protected. The tires seem fairly heavy duty. The steering feels a bit basic compared to some electric scooters. The packaging was inadequate for shipping. The box could be stronger so that it would be less likey to be damaged in shipping. I would recommend buying this scooter at the store instead of online.

I bought this scooter for my daughters 12th birthday (she was SO excited). Well needless to say, it worked fine at first. Then it broke, my daughter was so we drove over an 2 hours to the nearest repair shop. It got fixed. But cost a lot of time and money. I WOULD NOT recemend this to any parent!

I am a 75 year old retired engineer. I was hoping to use the scooter for short errands close to home. I inflated the tires, lubed the chain, checked the wheel alignment, brake drag, and tire spin before charging and using the scooter. It has adequate power but the clutch engages with a clunk and the buttery does not sustain adequate power for a reasonable time. Perhaps lithium ion batteries would be for more suitably. As it is, it is a good toy, but not very practical ( I weigh 185 lbs)
