This is my 3rd Babyliss hair dryer. They are great. I have very thick hair and it drys my hair very well without making it frizzy. The controls are in a good place and not in the way of how it would be held. It has a shorter nose so it's very easy on the arm and wrist. I bought a CHI but took it back due to how uncomfortable it was to hold. It was also not as powerful. The Babybliss came without the diffuser but Ebeauty has emailed me promptly to let me know they are sending it to me. I don't think it actually comes with one but there was one in the picture so they are honoring the add. I would recommend this hair dryer especially to anyone who has alot of hair
